June 6 - The Used w/ Pierce the Veil
No. of volunteers: 10-12, Hours: 5-9 pm, Compensation to club: $10/man-hour
Water and meal or voucher provided as well as a private viewing area to watch rest of show following our commitment. Responsibilities include ID/wristbanding (likely at fixed locations) and possibly assisting with some ticket scanning/wristbanding for reserved seating front pit area.
Friends and family are welcome to assist on behalf of PHCoR.
To sign-up for this event, please contact Scott Street. We already have the required number of folks already, but if you are still interested, we'll put you on the reserve list in case we need substitutes for anyone.
For those of you who've already signed up (listed on guest list for this calendar entry), I'll get you information once I receive it. Our contact told me this morning that they are currently crazy busy preparing for this weekend's Riverrock event.
